Real estate business owner, high energy attitude. Quality over quantity, I have found that working the core and working 'smarter/not harder' is more important as I age. Consistently finishing near or on the podium in the NC Setup series races. Recently qualified for USAT championship for the Olympic distance. 2018 was an epic year for me at I had a cardiac event on March 1, 2018 - rehab then began racing again building up[ to two 70.3 races (obtaining 1st place AG podium) before finishing the season with my 'A' race for 2018 (Ironman Maryland), finishing 13th in age group with a 11:55 finish time.
