I am a committed family man that works hard to balance life responsibilities with my passion for triathlon. Four years ago I came back to triathlon after taking more than a decade off to raise my children (3 boys), and have enjoyed the challenge. I have been a USAT All-American for the past three years and again this season am expecting to receive that honor again. I prefer 70.3 and Olympic distance. While I am very blessed with talent and do very well competing for the top finishes overall and in my age group at top races (St. A’s, Hearland, etc.), it is the passion for the sport that I get to share with other athletes at events that I truly enjoy.
