I've been doing triathlons 'competitively' now for 2 years. What started out on somewhat of a whim has now turned into a passion of mine. I love the different aspects of the disciplines and that you never know what you're going to get at each race until you jump into the water that day and get after it. Triathlon has taught me how to "Get comfortable being uncomfortable" a motto I now live by each day not only in triathlon but in life in general. I also love the fact that Triathlon gives me the opportunity to compete against some phenomenal athletes in my age group.
