I'm a 45 yr old father of 2, both kids are grown, my daughter has Down Syndrome and is my strength, very proud of who she has become. I've been doing endurance for over 15 years, started as marathons (I've completed about 23 marathons, way too many halfs and smaller races), got into triathlon in 2011, started short and did my first full in 2013 in Louisville. I have not turned back. I'm a middle of the packer, but I love where I am because I enjoy the experience and love sharing and inspiring others.
