I'm an old man with a passion for competition, especially when my wife is involved. I have been involved in the sport of triathlon for 20 years, starting out as an ignorant dude thinking he could win a small sprint, only to find out that even though I considered myself fit, I wasn't exactly triathlon material at the time. Since then, I've trained and raced as a middle-of-the-pack guy in all distances, from short course to ultra distance. Now that my wife races as a professional, I want to do my best to keep up with nutrition that I've relied upon for the past few years with much success.
