Father of 2 girls, husband to a hard working wife, who spends 85% of the month acting as a single mom due to travel that my work demands. In March of 2016 I weighed 427lbs and knew that if I wanted to see my kids grow up and have a family, something was going to change. I began chipping away at my weight problem. Fast forward to present day and I just completed Ironman Louisville. I've completed a handful of sprints, two 70.3 distances and one full.
