I am a 2014 partipant on Team USA for the Duathlon World Championship in Pontevedra, Spain. My favorite distance to race is Ironman 70.3.
I am a husband, father, and Christain. For my career, I help spread our name of helping people with disabilities. I am also the race director/founder of the Wendell Foster Half Marathon, that brought in nearly 900 runners from 20 different states in its first year.
