I am a runner / triathlete and a father to 9 year old twins. My wife and I both love to stay active and are exposing our children to healthy lifestyles. In the fall of 2015 I enrolled myself into the triathlon world with my entry to Ironman 70.3 Ohio. Since then I have done two other Ironman 70.3, most recently in Traverse City. Having found a new passion for triathlons, my wife and I provided our children with the opportunity to participate in their first duathlon when they were 6 (racing 7) and this year I started a youth triathlon program in our community. We had 34 registered members! I also coach my childrens soccer, cross-country and basketball teams. When not training myself or coaching, I love to hang out with the family and travel. Our children have gotten the chance to see Alaska, Italy and most recently Paris.
