I'm a 54 year old male in the Houston, Tx. area. I've been involved in the sport of triathlon for about 7 years now. I was involved football & baseball in school. Continued playing baseball in a semi-pro league, Pan American Baseball. As I grew older I continually looked for a way to fill the void of competition. Stumbled across the sport of triathlon and felt it was what I was looking for! Really enjoy the congeniality, support, and friendly competition the sport supplies. I also have to deal with a genetic disorder called HSP which has very similar traits as M.S. Luckily this is a sport I can participate in and still compete with this disorder. I'll be doing my 1st full distance TRI next April @ IMTX.
