I am a Physical Therapist by day in a private practice Orthopedic Surgeon office. I am also a patient with chronic pain and fibromyalgia and fighting back into my athletic self. I was fortunate to be invited to Worlds in South Africa by Women For Tri in 2018 and know with some hard work and help from my medical team that I will be able to get back to some better race days ahead. I am also being coached by Meredith Atwood and a part of Team IMF which give me so much inspiration to dig deep. I am a single mom to a 13 year old daughter who has in the last year been diagnosed with severe inattentive ADHD, severe major depression and social phobia/severe generalized anxiety disorder. We have had a hell of a year, but are on our way to coming back stronger than ever.
