I am an avid age group triathlete and involved in my local triathlon club. I continue to push myself to become better, while inspiring my children and others to take up the sport, exercise, and be better versions of themselves.
My work as a Firefighter / Paramedic, and triathlon helps keep me in shape for my job, as well as manages the stress involved.
