I’m a happy age-grouper. 1 IM under my belt and hope for another in the next year or so (it was my teenagers not COVID that talked me out of a full in 2020). Looooove to run, really like to ride, and I haven’t drowned yet. I love working with new triathletes-but my favorite is my 16 year old daughter.
