Christian, Former Captain USMC, Father of four (Awesome) girls, Married 23 years, Ironman All-World, 6 x Ironman finisher including 2021 Ironman World Championship (in St. George 2022) and 2022 IM World Championship in Kona. I am a pretty relaxed guy who doesn't take himself too seriously and l try to live by a few simple rules. 1. Don't get too high on the highs or too low on the lows 2. Everything in moderation...including moderation. 3. Two is one and one is none. 4. Everyone deserves respect except for those who drive slowly in the left lane. 5. 90% of success is just showing up.
