Husband with 2 children - mostly grown 24 & 28. Born and raised in North Texas.
I get a rush out of going fast on 2 wheels. Started at age 5 when I got my first motorcycle. Progressed thru motocross then into Dirt Track. At age 16 moved into the Pro ranks for AMA Class C Dirt Track. Traveled all across the US racing my Harley Davidson XR 750 on the half mile and one mile tracks. When I retired from Motorcycles, I got back on the bicycle and found another rush. Pretty soon one of my buddies said he was doing a triathlon, so I signed up and have not looked back!
I enjoy the challenges of training and competing in all kinds of events: 5k 10k 1/2 marathon biking granfondo’s 100ks TT’s
Sprints Olympic 70.3 – oh yea, the swim!
Highlight was qualifying for 70.3 World Championships in Nice France in 2019.
Being a multi-sport athlete has allowed me to meet many amazing people and athletes across each discipline.
My goal is to inspire other to lead a healthier lifestyle, provide encouragement to never give up.
Train hard and enjoy the journey.
