I am an avid cyclist and love promoting the sport of cycling! I am retired from work and from triathlon after winning the 2017 National Senior Games Triathlon for my age group. I really just wanted to pursue my cycling after battling years of knee problems while competing in triathlon. Now some years I average 12,000 miles per year on my bike.
