I am an avid triathlete/cyclist that likes to compete with my friends and family. I have been doing triathlons for over 17 years and recently starting doing criterium races.. I am 53 and like to also mountain bike and doing trail runs. I am the father of 3 girls, 2 in college and 1 married. It's been an interesting year or so coming back from the pandemic but I am dedicated to making 2023 a great year again. I plan to do the Des Moines 70.3 and Chattanooga full ironman. I am also thinking of entering the lottery for the Chicago Marathon. 2023 will be a full year but it will be a fun year.
