I have been competing in triathlon for over 20 years. I started as a swimmer, then runner, then triathlete. I did my first triathlon in 1998 on a Giant (steel frame) mountain bike. I mainly competed in Sprint and Olympic distance races until a few years ago when I started competing in the 70.3 distance. I signed up for my first Ironman. What I learned along the way is that nutrition for an Olympic distance Tri and 70.3 are vastly different. INFINIT Go Far has helped me with that transition.
