I am a 47 year old mother of 4 children ages 8-16. I am also a high school guidance counselor and Life Coach. I began triathlon at the age of 43 and I love the sport! After being a tennis and volleyball player, I took up running in my early 40s. That eventually led to triathlon and now I am a Kona qualifier!
