My name is Cassidy Feltenberger and I have been an active open water swimmer for the past 12 years. I currently train with NOVA Masters swimming in Irvine and the informal open water group Laguna Beach Open Water Swimmers, and I compete in USMS regional and national competitions. In 2019, my 200M Free relay won first place at USMS long course nationals. I also played water polo at the University of Southern California, where our team won the women's NCAA national championship in 2016. I pay my bills by working as a PhD student researcher at the University of California, Irvine, where I am studying physical chemistry. When I am not in the water, I spend my time skydiving (C License & Coach Rated), playing underwater hockey, and hiking in the mountains of southern California.
