I grew up in Utah skiing, snowboarding, water skiing, and playing football and did not transition to distance sports until I was about 33 years old. I fell in love with triathlon after completing my first sprint distance and have since completed several sprint, Olympic, and 70.3 events as well as one full Ironman with more scheduled!
