I'm a 50 year old male, gracefully aging as a fit and focused middle ager. Grew up in Vermont attended high school and college in Vermont and then moved to Ohio in 1994 with my wife who was starting a post-grad. education. Got right to work starting a very successful career in construction where I worked and had my own business for about 12 years. Around 2007 the economy turns south right as my wife's career was taking off. I then decided to become the stay-at-home parent. Not "Mannie", not "Mr. Mom", but "kick-ass-dad", were talking, Mt. bike courses, tree forts and pet chickens! Turned or property into a virtual summer camp! needless to say, we have a lot of friends!
Anyhow, was introduced to triathlon ten years ago and have been on an uphill trajectory ever since. Three years getting stared and doing local races. Four years finding my strengths while dealing with nutritional malfunctions. Three years honing my strengths with the confidence of a total nutritional advantage on Non-Infinit users.
