6 x Ironman finisher, 2 x World Championship qualifier, 30 x half ironman finisher, 5 x World Championships qualifier, marathoner, 3 x Boston qualifier, adrenaline junkie of all things fitness related. Father of 7 year old daughter, husband and professional engineer. Coach triathlon in New York City, where outdoor recreation activities come at a premium of time, and space, amidst the concrete jungle. Racing at destination races in beautiful locations around the world is a luxury and has become our family and athletic team pursuit as life experiences. In my 50s now, wish I had found triathlon prior to turning 40, as came from soccer, skiing, baseball and other team sport background in high school and through college many years ago. Enjoy mixing it up with the younger people I help coach, and staying fit through competition as a lifestyle, always trying to better myself.
