Started running back in 2011 after quitting smoking. In 2013 ran my first half marathon, did a sprint triathlon 3 months later and 1 year after that finished my first Ironman. Been doing triathlons, marathons and ultra-marathons ever since. Father of a beautiful daughter and 2 great step-kids. Being married to a wife that understands my endurance passion is a big plus!
