I started racing triathlons 8 years ago and have since completed three full ironman distance races and numerous shorter races. I am an avid cyclist and love to get outside and pound the pavement either running or riding. I started using a custom blend after my last ironman race and am hooked with the product. Long rides and runs are no longer things of concern on the nutrition side of things.
