I'm a father of two, a firefighter and love to do karaoke. At times, I've been called the 'singing runner' because I'll sing and dance out on the race course. After a decade of triathlon, I shifted to OCR in 2021 and have competed in the elite heats (finishing in the top 10 at every event)
