I am a mom of four young boys, I am a wife of an ultra runner, I am a full time teacher and I am an athlete! I compete in both Ironman races and marathons. I love fitness and finding ways to optimize performance. I also coach runners. Sometimes it is better to watch others meet their goals than to meet your own!
