Business leader; accomplished classical pianist; mandolin player in bluegrass band. Helps start-up companies. Began triathlons 2015. Qualified for IRONMAN World Championship in St. George Utah. Age 63. Just completed my fourth IM (Maryland) with my best time ever. Mentored two IM rookies with their first full race. Still picking my 2023 full IM race(s) and other 2023 races including marathon, swim, as per usual. Convinced my nephew-to-be to compete in a Sprint Tri last week and he finished third. Now he's doing a 70.3 in California.
