I started running at 40 as an alternative stress relief vs aerobics and weight training and fell in love. I never imagined the over-weight little girl who made every excuse to get out of running in middle school would now have run a race in 40 states and just completed her 10th full marathon!
I run with a group called "Sole Squad" and that's how I learned about Infinit and tell all my friends to try it. I run between 50~60 miles a week and infinit is my only source of nutrition during my runs.
