I live in the Baltimore area and am a recreational cyclist; my in-season after work rides are between 20 and 25 miles and my "i'm in shape" weekend rides are anywhere from 60-80 most weekends. I also have a home gym with a Concept 2 rower, cable weight machine, and a variety of other weights and aids.
In real life, I'm the father of a 20-something, a son, a hard worker in a tech sorta-startup, a photographer, and in love with the most amazing woman in the world. I love to drive cars with manual transmissions and hate to do yard work... I'd much rather be on my bike on a nice day. I'm an Orioles fan and a Ravens fan and I put Old Bay on my Old Bay.
