A REAL Race

COVID protocol abounded at this race...2 weeks post vaccine or a negative test result required to participate.  13 corrals for 2500 people meant plenty of spacing prior to the race start.  Once the gun went off, everything went out the window and once again we were just runners in a race.

While not a personal best, this race was a solid effort for me.  I went as hard as I could with the conditions of the day (cool but humid).  I was super steady (within 15 seconds between fastest and slowest mile) even with the elevation gains and loses through the course.  

All in all, solid performance.
