Placed 2 of 11 in my age group and 16 out of 158 overall.

Beautiful and warm Sunday morning was the backdrop for Playtri's Little Elm Lake Sprint triathlon. Started with a 300 meter swim, which I completed in a little over 5 mins. To the bike for a 16 mile two loop course, done in 44:10 and followed by 3.1 mile run done in about 24 minutes. Total time 1:16:55 hr., good for 2nd out of 11 in the 60-64 age group and 16 out of 158 overall. I had one bottle of the Custom Blended formula and plenty of water at the water stations.
